Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We accept returns within 28 days of receipt of purchase. To arrange a return or refund, please contact us at ask@orielbooks.co.uk.
We are unfortunately unable to supply complementary return delivery. For customers outside of the United Kingdom, we recommend inquiring about the cost of return delivery prior to arranging a return, so as not to incur delivery fees that may be higher than expected.
We endeavour to resolve all requests within seven working days, though in busier periods this process may be longer.
Made to Order Process
We are proud to partner with sustainable printers in the United Kingdom. Many of our title are made to order. Our customers should allow a short time, therefore, for the processing of their order prior to its being dispatched. This is typically between 3-5 working days. You will be notified by email as your order progresses. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Delivery Options
The majority of our products are dispatched from the United Kingdom. A full list of delivery options is available upon proceeding to the Check-Out of your order. Orders within the United Kingdom are available with Standard and Express delivery.
